Let talk about S.E.X.

Sometimes I always had this kind of inspiration or thoughts, when I sitting on a bus, MRT or even staring at blanks. Or I listen and then pick up some meaningful pharses from people, friends or even TV programme. But the problem is I seldom pen them down, although I do use them in "RARA" talks - morale boosting talks, for my guys in the past.

Here what I heard and learn recently,

S stands for Strength

I heard of this over some talk, that I actually find it true. Use it in your daily lifes. So first, you must identify your strength and then work on it, forget your weakness, best is not to expose them. Why do I say this?

As in life, you just need to showcase your talent, your strength however, if you show them your weakness they will use this againist you. Take for e.g.(quote from the talk) There this guy, who knows how to kick the ball well, and best of all he looks good. So this two point is his strength and he now actually making millions. Who am I talking about? He is David Beckham, that is his strength, he know how to kick a ball and look good while doing it and wah la in come the money. He not really good at speech, or I dont think he did well in his education. But he just showcase his strength.

So show the people around you, what you are good at, and people will notice you inventually. Hide away your weakness.

E stands for Educate

This educate, I not refering to education. Although educations is important, but I want to highlight is the part on educate yourself.

What I mean? I mean that one must have this thinking, to able to learn from others and your own mistake. Be open, and willing to learn from people.

Look at the Japanese, they are doing this for quite a long time. They learn from other people technology, improve them and then resell them at a higher price. Now the Chinese are also doing the same thing, however they learn from their technology, find cheaper part to substitute and then sell it a a lower price. (Look at the Mp4 players now on the market, dont they look like Ipod)

X is factor X

It's to say, doing the right thing at the right time. Sometimes you always wonder, why you always do alot of stuff yet another guy, doing the bare minimal, got most of the credits compare to you? Cause, he beening work smart, know when to work and what to work on. And doing OT does not mean you are hardworking in people eyes, for me it can mean, that you are too SLOW, that you cant complete your work and thus OT.

So the best thing is manage your time, list your jobs in piority, Do all those important stuff first, leave the not so important task aside, if possible task them to others juniors. And remember to do those what require at the right time and place.

You will look refresh and not get packed with stuff and alway think that you cant finish.

Yeah I know, that the last one got nothing to do with X.. but till I can think of something.. let just stick to it.. :|
